In the north of Luding Village, Wen 'an County, Langfang City, Hebei Province, there is a pond with an annual area of 311 mu. Because of its deep water depth, it has never dried up in the year of drought. Because this pond has a long history, there are many legends circulating. There is a sea eye in the heart of the pool, which is connected with the Dragon Palace in the East China Sea. The Dragon King visits here through the sea eye every year, so it is called "Longtan". There are stories about the big sticky fish in the pond and the big yellow cattle drinking water by the pond. These legends can be heard in several counties around here, and the farther they go, the more magical they become.

4. Longtan, Deer Town. It is said that when Feng Guozhang returned to Hejian from Beijing, he personally visited Lukmachi Reservoir.
