Does the filing of food safety enterprise standards apply to catering enterprises?
Suitable. Article 30 of the Food Safety Law stipulates that the state encourages food production enterprises to formulate enterprise standards that are stricter than national or local food safety standards and suitable for their own enterprises, and report them to the health administrative departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government for the record. Stricter than national standards and local standards for food safety means that the food safety indicators in enterprise standards are stricter than the corresponding provisions of national standards or local standards.
