For example, the door keys of some students' dormitories are old and rusty, so it is difficult to use them normally, which greatly affects the living environment of students.

In addition, in some old teaching buildings, many electrical facilities such as wires and circuits are dilapidated due to years of disrepair, which has certain security risks and seriously affects the study and work of teachers and students, which needs to be highly valued.

2. Lack of teachers and poor teaching quality.

The teaching staff and the level of teaching and scientific research in Luoyang Institute of Technology are relatively weak. Most of the teachers have reached retirement age, and the number of young teachers is small. Although the school has adopted some preferential policies to attract outstanding educational talents, compared with other mainstream institutions, there is still a big gap in the teaching staff of Luoyang Institute of Technology.

The teaching level of teachers is not high enough. Many times, students can't understand the teacher's lectures well in class, and it is even more difficult to summarize and review after class. Therefore, although the graduation certificate issued by the school is formal, the actual level of students does not reflect their due ability and level.

As a college specializing in training applied talents, the campus life of Luoyang Institute of Technology is not rich enough. Although there are many activities to motivate students in the school, they are mainly based on extracurricular learning, lacking cultural and artistic activities, which makes students' campus life somewhat monotonous.
