The Law on the Promotion of the People and the Regulations on the Implementation of the Law on the Promotion of the People stipulate that the school license shall be extended to the relevant administrative department within 15 days before its expiration. If you run a school without a license or fail to submit an application for extension within the time limit, you may face the revocation of the administrative license and the loss of legitimacy of the school.

According to the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 70 of the Administrative Licensing Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if the validity period of the administrative license is not extended, the administrative organ may revoke the administrative license it applied for according to law.
