The specific scope, boundary coordinates and functional zoning of Pingxiang Wugong Mountain Scenic Area are determined according to the overall planning of Wugong Mountain Scenic Area approved by the State Council. Article 3 The planning, management, protection and utilization of Wugong Mountain Scenic Area in Pingxiang shall follow the principles of scientific planning, unified management, strict protection, sustainable utilization and regional coordination. Article 4 The Municipal People's Government shall co-ordinate the protection of Wugong Mountain Scenic Area in Pingxiang, and formulate and implement policies and measures to promote the resource integration and industrial integration of Wugong Mountain Scenic Area in Pingxiang. Article 5 Pingxiang Wugongshan Scenic Area Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as Pingxiang Wugongshan Management Committee) is an agency of the Municipal People's Government, which mainly performs the following duties in Pingxiang Wugongshan Scenic Area:
(a) to publicize and implement the laws, regulations and rules on the protection and management of scenic spots;
(two) to participate in the planning, organization and implementation of Wugong Mountain Scenic Area;
(three) to formulate and implement the specific protection and management system of Pingxiang Wugong Mountain Scenic Area;
(four) to investigate, identify and register the landscape and resources in Wugong Mountain Scenic Area in Pingxiang, establish relevant files, and monitor the environment;
(five) to carry out ecological protection, civilized tourism, popular science education and other publicity activities;
(six) standardize and supervise the production, construction, tourism, business and other activities in Wugong Mountain Scenic Area in Pingxiang;
(seven) responsible for the coordination of the relevant units in Pingxiang Wugong Mountain Scenic Area;
(eight) the management of Pingxiang Wugong Mountain scenic area infrastructure and other public facilities, improve service conditions;
(nine) to investigate and deal with illegal acts that destroy the landscape, resources, environment and public facilities of Wugong Mountain Scenic Area in Pingxiang;
(ten) to perform other duties entrusted by the Municipal People's government. Article 6 The relevant departments of the Municipal People's Government and the luxi county Municipal People's Government shall, according to their respective duties, do a good job in the management, protection and utilization of Wugong Mountain Scenic Area in Pingxiang.
The relevant departments of the Municipal People's Government stationed in the branches of Pingxiang Wugong Mountain Scenic Area and the township (town) people's government where Pingxiang Wugong Mountain Scenic Area is located shall support and assist Pingxiang Wugong Mountain Management Committee to do a good job in the management, protection and utilization of scenic areas. Seventh Pingxiang Wugongshan Management Committee should strengthen the capacity building of law enforcement. Upon approval according to law, a comprehensive administrative law enforcement agency may be established to exercise the power of administrative punishment relatively centrally. Article 8 The Municipal People's Government shall commend and reward the units and individuals that have made remarkable achievements in the planning and management, protection and utilization, cooperation and cooperation of Wugong Mountain Scenic Area in Pingxiang, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the province. Chapter II Planning and Management Article 9 The approved master plan and detailed plan of Wugong Mountain Scenic Area are the basis for the management, protection and utilization of Wugong Mountain Scenic Area in Pingxiang, and shall be strictly implemented. Tenth Pingxiang Wugong Mountain Scenic Area of forest parks, geological parks, natural heritage and other related planning, should be coordinated with the planning of Wugong Mountain Scenic Area. Eleventh the preparation of urban and rural planning and related planning, involving Pingxiang Wugong Mountain Scenic Area and its peripheral protection zone, the relevant departments shall solicit the opinions of Pingxiang Wugong Mountain Management Committee in writing. Article 14 The Wugong Mountain Management Committee of Pingxiang City may, according to the planning of Wugong Mountain Scenic Area, combine the needs of environmental protection, ecological restoration, forest (meadow) fire prevention, safety management or engineering construction, determine the closed area and closed rest area, or temporarily close the scenic area, announce it to the public in advance, and take safety measures such as setting eye-catching warning signs to do a good job in dredging and diverting.
Tourists should abide by the norms of civilized behavior when traveling, and are not allowed to enter closed areas, closed rest areas or temporarily closed scenic spots. Fifteenth Pingxiang Wugongshan Management Committee should strengthen the supervision and management of environmental sanitation and food hygiene in scenic spots. Units and individuals engaged in business activities shall abide by the relevant provisions on environmental sanitation and food hygiene management.
Pingxiang Wugongshan Management Committee should promote the construction of facilities and places for the collection, transportation and treatment of domestic garbage, implement the classified management of domestic garbage, and improve the level of reduction, resource utilization and harmlessness of domestic garbage.
Visitors should reduce the number of parcels entering Wugong Mountain Scenic Area in Pingxiang and put the garbage in the designated place. Encourage tourists to bring their own garbage down the mountain.
Units and operators stationed in the mountain that are allowed according to law should gradually promote clean vegetables to go up the mountain, reduce the purchase of packaging and lampblack catering, and prohibit the dumping and landfill of kitchen waste.
