Each ticket purchased at the regular admission price is valid for 30 days from the designated date of admission.
Priority Certificates and Unlimited Priority Certificates
Day Ticket holders can enjoy priority admission to all your favorite rides and attractions by purchasing additional Priority Cards or Unlimited Priority Cards. They can join another group an unlimited number of times at select attractions to shorten wait times.
Priority Pass: Can only be used once(1) at each designated attraction, with admission prices starting from S$30.
Holders of Unlimited Priority Pass: can join another group unlimited times at each designated attraction. Ticket prices start from S$50.

I am staying at a hotel in Resorts World Sentosa. How can I purchase tickets to Universal Studios Singapore?
Tickets can be purchased at the box office located outside the park (subject to availability). To avoid any regrets, we encourage guests to book online or call our hotline at 6565778899 before checking in to their hotels.If guests have already checked in to their hotels but have not yet purchased their tickets, they can also book their tickets at the ticket counters located outside the park or by calling the hotline. If you need any assistance, please contact the hotel service staff.
Will hotel guests be guaranteed to get tickets?
Tickets reserved for hotel guests are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited availability of tickets, guests are encouraged to reserve their tickets at check-in.
Do Universal Studios tickets include all attractions? Do I need to pay extra?
Once inside Universal Studios Singapore, all attractions and roller coasters can be enjoyed except for the S$10 Amber Climb. You may also consider purchasing a Priority Express Card to shorten the waiting time in the queue.
Why does the Amber Climbing Wall cost extra?
Rock climbing, a challenging sport, is sure to enrich your park experience. However, since the wall can only accommodate a limited number of participants at the same time, visitors who want to try the Amber Wall must pay an additional fee.
What are my preferred payment methods?
For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options, including cash, credit/debit cards, NETS, and Union Bank of China. The types of credit cards we accept include VISA, Mastercard and AmericanExpress. we also accept Alipay online payment.
Are tickets transferable?
Unused tickets are transferable. Once inside Universal Studios, tickets can only be used by the same person.
Can I get a refund on my admission ticket?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds once tickets are sold.
I lost my admission ticket and don't remember my confirmation number. Is there any other way to prove that I bought a ticket?
If you ordered your tickets online or through Resorts International's Hotline Service Center, you can reprint your unused tickets at the customer service counter. However, if the tickets were purchased on-site, we cannot reprint them. If it turns out that the lost tickets were stolen by someone else, we cannot print them individually.
Can I leave and re-enter after entering the park?
Admission tickets can be used throughout the day. If you have to leave temporarily, ask for a stamp at the exit. Afterward, you can re-enter the park with your valid stamp and admission ticket. Some special programs and shows may require additional tickets.
I can't visit the theme park at the moment. Can I go back another time?
Please note that once any transaction is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded or modified.
What is the ideal dress code for admission?
For the best garden experience, please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Perhaps you should consider bringing an extra change of clothes, as some attractions will get you wet. There are paid lockers available for use in the park. Dress appropriately for your visit to the park and don't be overly nude.

Will Universal Studios be closed if it's pouring rain or a thunderstorm?
While most of Universal Studios is covered or indoors, there are some areas that are affected by weather. If the weather is bad, some attractions will be temporarily closed to the public.
If Universal Studios closes due to bad weather, can I ask for a refund?
Universal Studios will not close completely due to weather and therefore will not process refund requests.
Can I bring food and drinks into the parks?
Universal Studios' themed restaurants and stalls offer a wide variety of food for guests to enjoy. That said, we realize that some guests may have to bring their own food. Please refer to the following instructions:

There are no shower facilities in the theme parks.
Can I have a stroller in the theme park?
Strollers can be rented at the rental counter (turn right after entering the park).
You'll need to rent a single-seater stroller for S$15 or a two-seater stroller for S$20.
With an annual pass, you can rent a single-seater stroller for S$10, or a two-seater stroller for S$15.
Strollers are recommended for children aged 10 months to 2 years.
Is there a mother and baby room in the theme park?
The mother and baby rooms are located in the Baby Center building in Guest Services.

Can the theme park have a Muslim restaurant?
There are more than one Muslim restaurants in the theme parks, including Myers Classic Express, JuanJuanLe, Gotti's Fried Chicken Express, Mediterranean Flavors, and Hippo's Snack Station.
Are there vegetarian options at the theme parks?
All of the restaurants offer vegetarian options and even healthier eating options, including kids' meals.
Can I host balls and meetings at Universal Studios Singapore?
