(3) Newly-built (expanded) foundry enterprises should pass the Environmental Impact Assessment and Approval of Construction Projects and the Occupational Health and Safety Pre-evaluation, and pass the "three simultaneities" acceptance of project environmental protection and occupational health and safety protection facilities.

(1) Enterprises should reasonably choose a casting process with low pollution, low emission, low energy consumption and high efficiency according to the materials, varieties and batches of castings produced.
(2) Backward casting processes such as clay sand dry mold/core, oil sand mold/core and seven sand mold/core shall not be adopted.
Third, production equipment.
(1) The enterprise should be equipped with smelting equipment and refining equipment matching the production capacity, such as cupola, medium frequency induction furnace, electric arc furnace, refining furnace (AOD, VOD, LF furnace, etc.), resistance furnace, gas furnace, etc. Necessary chemical composition analysis and molten metal temperature measurement equipment should be equipped in front of the furnace, and corresponding effective ventilation, dust removal and smoke exhaust equipment and systems should be equipped.
(2) The blast furnace for foundry shall conform to the standards and conditions for the determination of foundry pig iron enterprises promulgated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and be determined by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Solid wastes such as enterprise waste sand and waste residue shall be stored and disposed in accordance with GB 18599-200 1 Pollution Control Standard for Storage and Disposal Sites of General Industrial Solid Wastes (GB 18599-200 1) and meet the requirements of national and local environmental protection departments. (3) The enterprise shall comply with Technical Specification for Dust Prevention in Foundry Workshop (GB8959-2007) and occupational exposure limits of Hazardous Factors in Workplace (GBZ2. 1-2007 and GBZ2. 2-2007), "Hygienic Standard for the Design of Industrial Enterprises" (GBZ 1-20 10) and other relevant standards, equipped with preventive measures to prevent occupational hazards such as dust, harmful gases and noise, and equipped with necessary treatment equipment.

(2) The competent industrial departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for organizing the preliminary examination of the foundry enterprises that have declared their access in the region, and conducting supervision and inspection on the foundry enterprises that have declared their access.
(3) The measures for the administration of enterprises' market entry announcements shall be formulated separately by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
