(1) According to the number n of stoves, take the air volume of each furnace hole as 2000m3/h, and the required air volume of the purifier = n× 2000m3/h ... When the cooking hole is large and the working smoke concentration is high, the required air volume of each cooking hole needs to be increased to 3000m3/h to achieve the purification effect.
(2) When the smoke collection range is very long and there are many intermediate devices, the total treatment air volume Q of the required fume purifier can be determined according to the calculation method of the total projected area S of the exhaust hood and the surface wind speed V of the cooker.
The specific formula is as follows: Q=S×V×3600m3/hV- take (0.5-0.6)m/sS- calculate by length× width.
(3) Select the fan corresponding to the oil fume purifier:
◇ Calculation of pipeline resistance: Pipeline resistance includes local resistance (resistance caused by reducer, elbow and air inlet).
And the resistance along the way (the resistance produced by each straight pipe).
Calculate the total pressure of the fan = (pipeline resistance+equipment resistance) × 1 15%.
● Pipeline resistance = resistance along the line+local resistance (refer to ventilation data for detailed calculation method).
Low equipment resistance = 150-200Pa
◇ calculated fan air volume = purifier air volume × (115-150)%.
