How to see Disney come to the university to recruit interns
Generally, Disney is not able to recruit internship programs directly in China, they will open Disney internship programs through U.S. universities, which are divided into those for U.S. local college students (College Program - CP) and those for non-U.S. local universities (International There are two types of Disney internship programs: College Program (CP) and International College Program (ICP). Some of these U.S. schools will build these internship programs with some of the schools in China***. If your university has this internship program, you will first sign up for a screening at your own university, and then the American university will send someone to accompany the Disney staff to the domestic university for an interview, and usually after this interview, if there are no problems with your visa, you will be able to participate in the internship program. All the costs of participating in the internship program are paid by the students themselves, and the costs mainly include: tuition at the American school (because it is the one that will go over to take a few courses with credits), airfare to and from the United States, visa and passport processing costs, etc. There are now more and more schools in China that will send their staff to the domestic university to conduct interviews. Currently there are more and more schools in China that have this Disney Overseas Internship Program, the ones I know of are: Shanghai University, Shanghai Normal University, Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology, East China Normal University, Zhejiang Industry and Commerce, and so on.
