Legal Basis

Article 20, Paragraph 2 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration

Application for the establishment of a limited liability company shall be submitted to the company registration authority with the following documents:

(1) Application for the establishment of a company signed by the company's legal representative;

(ii) Proof of designation of representative or *** with proxy by all shareholders;

(iii) Articles of Incorporation;

(iv) Proof of subjective qualification of shareholders or identity of natural persons;

(v) Documents stating the names and residences of directors, supervisors, and managers of the company, as well as proofs of appointment, election, or employment;

(vi) Documents of office and identity of the company's Legal representative documents and proof of identity;

(vii) Notification of pre-approval of enterprise name;

(viii) Proof of the company's domicile;

(ix) Other documents required to be submitted by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
