Since 2000, relying on the advantages of resources, we have raised more than 2.2 billion yuan in various ways to start the construction of "Ten Major Projects" such as coal gangue thermoelectric, electrolytic aluminum, pulp and gypsum, and actively create a "three-in-one integration" of coal-fired aluminum, coal-fired chemical industry and coal-fired building materials. After more than four years' efforts, the non-coal industry has achieved leap-forward development, and its output value, sales revenue and economic benefits have increased substantially for four consecutive years, which has become a bright spot in the economic development of Feicheng mining area, further developing and strengthening the overall economic strength and improving the enterprise's ability to resist risks. A number of key construction projects have started or been completed and put into operation. Among them, Liangbaosi Mine with an annual output of 4 million tons started construction in July 2002. In 2003, the main shaft, auxiliary shaft and air shaft were dug to the end, and the main shaft and auxiliary shaft were safely connected. At present, the main underground development projects such as mine bottom, water bunker, pump house, substation, powder magazine, two coal bunkers in the east wing and belt conveyor lane have been fully completed, and the auxiliary shaft hoisting system, permanent ventilation system, underground permanent drainage, power supply system and main transportation system of upper and lower shafts have been put into normal operation. In March, major systems such as mine main shaft hoisting, upper and lower well coal flow line will be formed as scheduled, and the joint trial operation of upper and lower wells will be organized comprehensively. The development of the first mining face is accelerating, and it is expected that the installation and trial production conditions will be available at the end of March or April. It is expected that the official trial production of coal in this mine will be two months ahead of the overall goal of putting into production in three years. This year, it can produce more than 65,438+300,000 tons of coal, in 2005, it can produce 2 million tons of coal, and in 2006, it will reach the level of annual output of more than 3 million tons. By then, Feikuang Group will enter the ranks of large companies producing coal10 million tons; The coal gangue thermal power project with a total installed capacity of 378MW is planned. Eight power plants have been built to generate electricity, and the internal power grid of the mining area has been built. Progress has been made in the project construction and formalities of Jiaokou Aluminum and Coal Company. After the feasibility study report of alumina project passed the evaluation on July 25 last year, the environmental assessment, water resources demonstration and land pre-examination of alumina project were completed in August, and the bauxite exploration license was obtained. Shanxi Provincial Economic Commission approved the feasibility study report of the first phase of alumina project on June 4th. The supporting project of alumina was built smoothly, and the construction of self-owned power plant and coking plant was basically completed as planned. Guo Zhuang MDF Project was completed and put into operation on September 1, with stable output and quality. The production line of household paper in Yangzhuang Mine was put into trial production in June165438+1October, and the production capacity was gradually improved. Through the construction and commissioning of these key non-coal projects, the mining industry and product structure have been continuously optimized, and a new industrial pattern of "integration of coal, aluminum, coal chemical industry and coal building materials" has gradually taken shape, and the economic strength and core competitiveness of enterprises have been greatly improved.

Since 2003, with the rise of a new round of rapid economic development in the whole country and the whole province, Feicheng Mining Group Company has also adjusted its enterprise development plan in time and put forward the overall goal of "May 12th" and the overall idea of "April 3rd".
