2. Returned persons outside Yantai must call the town and street where they live three days in advance according to the regulations, and register by scanning the QR code of the "Returned Tobacco Personnel Self-declaration Platform" system through mobile phone WeChat. Upon arrival, they must hold a valid negative certificate of COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and actively cooperate with the prevention and control department to implement measures such as isolation control and nucleic acid test after arrival. 1. Please ask the general public to select sampling points for sampling according to the actual situation, personal needs and service hours.

2. Please bring the "Personal Sampling Information Collection Code" and my ID card when sampling, and scan the "Place Code" with your mobile phone when you arrive at the sampling point and show the scanning results.

3. When sampling, always wear a mask, queue up in an orderly manner, keep a distance of 1 m or more from others, consciously maintain good order, and do not stay after sampling.
