The Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, Article 91 of the employer has one of the following violations of the legitimate rights and interests of workers, the labor administrative department shall order the payment of wages and remuneration to the workers, economic compensation, and may order the payment of compensation:
(a) withholding or defaulting on the payment of wages to the workers without any justification;
(b) refusing to pay wages and remuneration to the workers for extended working hours;
(c) refusing to pay wages and remuneration to the workers for extended working hours; and time wage compensation;
(iii) paying workers less than the local minimum wage standard;
(iv) after the termination of the labor contract, failing to give workers economic compensation in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
