Announcement on Public Recruitment of Public Institutions in Xinzhou District in 2112

In order to further deepen the reform of personnel system in public institutions in our district, establish a scientific, standardized and fair mechanism for selecting and employing people, and effectively strengthen the construction of talent teams in public institutions in our district, the district party committee and district government decided to openly recruit 25 public institutions. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

2. Registration time and method

1. Online registration time: April 6, 2112 from 9: 11 to April 21, 2112.

2. Registration method: Applicants can log on to Shangrao Human Resources and Social Security Network (www.srrcw.com) for online registration. The specific steps shall be in accordance with the Implementation Plan for Open Recruitment of Shangrao Public Institutions in 2112 (hereinafter referred to as the Plan).

all post examinations are conducted by combining written examination with interview.

1. written test. The ratio of the number of job applicants to the recruitment plan must reach 3:1 before the exam can be started. Candidates who have completed online registration and payment took part in the open recruitment examination of "Comprehensive Basic Knowledge" in institutions of the whole city on May 5, 2112. See the written test admission ticket for specific arrangements.

2. Interview. According to the written test results, the number of candidates for interview is determined according to the ratio of 2: 1. The list of interviewers and interview related matters shall be announced by Xinzhou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. For positions where competition cannot be formed due to candidates' temporary absence from exams or violation of discipline, the interview score of the interviewers must reach 61 points, and those who fail to reach it will not be hired. The interview work is organized and implemented by Xinzhou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in conjunction with the employer and the competent department in accordance with the provisions of the open recruitment interview of public institutions, and is supervised by the District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.

3. Qualification examination. Before the interview, the interviewers should take relevant certificates (certificates) and photos to participate in the qualification review within the specified time in accordance with the provisions of the Plan. The human resources and social security bureau of Xinzhou District shall be responsible for the qualification examination together with the recruiting unit and its competent department, and the supervision bureau of the District Commission for Discipline Inspection shall supervise the whole process. The specific time and place will be notified separately. The replacement of interviewers shall be carried out according to the Plan.

IV. Physical examination and assessment

1. According to the total score, the physical examination and assessment objects are determined according to the recruitment position from high score to low score.

2. The physical examination is organized by Xinzhou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in a unified way, with reference to the provisions on physical examination for civil servants. The assessment work is the responsibility of Xinzhou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

v. publicity and employment

the candidates who have passed the physical examination and assessment shall be publicized for 7 working days. If there is no objection to the publicity, the relevant employment procedures shall be handled. Employed personnel enjoy the salary and welfare benefits of staff in public institutions.

VI. Other unfinished matters shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Plan.
