Master Kong is a brand in China, but its largest shareholder is not from China.
kangshifu is headquartered in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, mainly engaged in the production and operation of instant noodles, drinks, cakes and related supporting industries. Since the first packet of instant noodles was developed and produced in 192, Master Kong has rapidly grown into the largest instant noodle production and sales enterprise in China and even in the world. Since 1995, the products have been expanded to cakes and drinks, and production bases have been set up in more than 41 cities in China.
kangshifu was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in February 1996. At present, the largest shareholder is Dingxin (Cayman Islands) Holdings Co., Ltd., with a share of 33.27%, followed by Sanyo Food Co., Ltd., with a share of 33.18%. The largest individual shareholder is Wei Yingzhou, the founder of Master Kong brand, with a share of 1.4%, and the remaining 33.15% is held by the public.
Master Kong's pioneering road:
The predecessor of Dingxin Group was Dingxin Oil Factory, which was founded in Changhua, Taiwan Province in 1958. In 1974, it was renamed Dingxin Oil Company, which mainly produced castor oil for industrial use. In 1978, Chinese mainland implemented the policy of reform and opening-up. Seeing the promising market in mainland China, the Wei brothers decided to investigate and invest in mainland China. Since then, the four brothers have embarked on a road of entrepreneurship.
in the early days of its establishment, the group successively invested and set up factories in Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Jinan and other regions, and launched famous products such as "Top Good Fragrant Oil" and "Kanglai Egg Crispy Roll". However, due to the low level of domestic consumption at that time, these products were "applauded but not sold", which once made the company's business investment in the mainland in trouble. Tianjin Economic Development Zone was selected as the first production base of Master Kong.
The success of "Master Kong" instant noodles in the market has strengthened Dingxin's determination to take root and develop in the mainland. Therefore, in Tianjin Economic Development Zone, the first noodle making factory, the second noodle making factory and the seasoning factory have been completed and put into operation one after another, and the production scale has been continuously expanded. Since then, carton factory, PSP bowl factory, coating factory, plastic fork factory and other supporting service manufacturers have been built successively, which has formed a vertical integration of the industry and laid a solid foundation for the further development of Master Kong. "Master Kong" has successively set up production bases in Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Chongqing, Xi 'an, Shenyang and other places, and has developed from convenience food business to many business fields including cake business and beverage business.
