In order to strengthen the safety management of fireworks and firecrackers, ensure the safety of people's lives and property, further improve the air quality and promote the construction of civilized cities, according to the People's Republic of China (PRC) Air Pollution Prevention Law, the People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Management Punishment Law, the Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers and the Regulations on the Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Tai 'an City, the district government has decided to implement measures to prohibit the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, which are hereby notified as follows:

1. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the whole area of Zhou Dian Street and Tian Ping Street, as well as in Daiyue Economic Development Zone, Dawenkou Industrial Park, Daiyue Xinxing Industrial Park and township government stations.

Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following places outside the prohibited discharge area:

Office buildings for organs and institutions;

Cultural relics protection units;

Railway stations, expressway, overpasses and railway line safety protection zones;

Fireworks production, operation and storage places;

Gas stations, liquefied gas supply stations, oil depots, important material warehouses and other inflammable and explosive goods production, management and storage units and oil pipeline safety protection zones;

Safety protection zones for power transmission and transformation facilities such as substations and high-voltage lines;

Medical institutions, kindergartens, schools, pension institutions, welfare homes, etc.

Scenic spots, forests, green spaces, parks, nurseries, etc. ;

Banks, parking lots, shopping malls, cinemas, bazaars, public places of entertainment, public cultural facilities, places for religious activities and other crowded public places;

Public corridors, stairs, roofs, balconies and construction sites of buildings under construction.

In the places listed in the preceding paragraph, the business management unit or the property right unit shall set up warning signs prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, and do a good job in safety tips and prevention.

Second, during the early warning period of heavily polluted weather above yellow and during the senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination, no unit or individual in the administrative area of the whole region may set off fireworks and firecrackers, hold fireworks parties and other large-scale fireworks display activities.

Three, the transport of fireworks and firecrackers in this area shall be approved by the public security organs according to law, and transported in accordance with the permitted route. Vehicles transporting fireworks and firecrackers shall not stay if they pass through the roads in the forbidden area.

Four, in the area, place and time where fireworks are prohibited, the public security department shall order it to make corrections, and shall be punished according to the relevant provisions, which constitutes a crime, and shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law; Illegal production and operation of fireworks and firecrackers in prohibited areas shall be punished by the emergency management department according to law.

Five, public security, emergency management, transportation, market supervision, comprehensive administrative law enforcement and other departments will continue to carry out special actions to crack down on illegal production, operation and discharge of fireworks.

Six, the general public and units should consciously abide by the provisions of the ban on burning and burning, and party member among cadres, league members, organs and staff of state-owned enterprises and institutions should be exemplary in observing and actively promoting the provisions of the ban on burning and burning.

Seven, in violation of the provisions of this notice, the production, operation and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, anyone has the right to stop or report through the 1 10 alarm telephone.

This notice shall come into force on June 65438+ 10/day, 2023.
