In terms of work, I have a correct attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and I dare to think and do, and I am bold and cautious. In the first semester of entering the university, I participated in various activities organized by schools and colleges with positive enthusiasm, which not only did some useful things for others, but also exercised my ability in study and practice.

What I remember most is the activities I participated in many times in the community. On the afternoon of October 21th, the "Smiling Angel" youth volunteer service team of the School of Chemistry and Materials Engineering ushered in the third content of the series of activities of the International University Day. 14 volunteers walked into Qinyuan community to carry out knowledge propaganda and community cleaning activities on "Chemistry in Life". Volunteers chose to publicize the knowledge of "Chemistry in Life" in the crowded places of Qinyuan community, and introduced some recent chemical accidents to the community residents, such as the melamine incident of Sanlu milk powder. In addition, the "Smile Angel" service team mobilizes volunteers to carry out activities to beautify the community environment, such as environmental improvement, sanitation cleaning and disinfection, to enhance the awareness of community residents to care for the environment. After the activity, the volunteers collectively visited Qinyuan community. The activity fully demonstrated the elegance of young volunteers and the vitality of college students, which was not only well received by residents, but also benefited volunteers. We are delighted to be able to truly serve the masses and safeguard people's physical and mental health, and we have strengthened our belief of "participating in volunteer action, serving the community and improving ourselves". Through this activity, we will build a bridge of communication between colleges and communities, so that college students and community youth can grow together and create conditions for students to serve the society.
