5 no thin 7-12 pounds diet, small base 5 days 7 pounds large base 5 days 12 pounds.
The 1st day, liquid break all day drink liquid (drink when hungry); you can drink (milk sugar-free yogurt soy milk, etc.).
Day 2, eat corn throughout the day (one per meal); can be replaced (pumpkin, yam, sweet potatoes, purple potatoes, etc.).
