From February 16 to February 25, people who have entered the economy in Qingdao, Weihai, Dezhou and Zibo should report to their communities, hotels and units as soon as possible, and carry out nucleic acid testing and health management measures as soon as possible. From March 5th, family health monitoring was conducted for 7 days in Dezhou and Zibo. /kloc-7-day centralized isolation and 7-day home health monitoring were implemented in Laixi city from February, 2009, and in zhoucun district city, Zibo, Yucheng city and Pingyuan county, Dezhou city from February 25th.
Personnel from counties where high-risk areas are located are suspended from coming to Shandong. If it is really necessary to come to Shandong, centralized isolation and home health monitoring will be carried out for 7 days after arrival. Those who arrive within 14 days before the announcement of medium and high risk areas shall be given health management until 14 days after arrival, and nucleic acid detection shall be conducted twice within 3 days before follow-up. They shall not go out or gather after returning to China unless necessary.
People from other counties in prefecture-level cities where high-risk areas are located do not have to come to Shandong. If you really need to come to Shandong, you must have a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and conduct 1 nucleic acid test upon arrival. Those who arrive within/0/4 days before the announcement in high-risk areas shall be tested twice for nucleic acid.
People returning from low-risk areas in Shandong Province have normal body temperature and can pass normally with green health code and trip code. It is recommended to take the initiative to do nucleic acid testing after arrival.
Personnel in high-risk positions include personnel in key positions such as fever clinics, designated hospitals and comprehensive medical and health institutions for specimen sampling and laboratory testing, service support personnel in port areas such as airports and ports who are in direct contact with entry personnel or goods, personnel in centralized isolation places, and personnel in specialized warehouses under centralized supervision. High-risk personnel outside the city should try to avoid coming to the economy. Those who really need to come to the aid must have been away from their jobs 14 days or more and have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and report to the destination community three days in advance and be included in the local prevention and control management.
