Reserve smelting reduction ironmaking furnace, short-flow production system for thin slab continuous casting and rolling, and reserve deep processing facilities for chemical products. Main auxiliary production facilities: two 300MW coal-gas mixed combustion self-provided power plant generating units, 1 150MW gas-steam combined cycle generating units, two 36.5MWTRT residual pressure generating units, two 30MWCDQ waste heat generating units and two 75,000m3/h oxygen generating units. The new steel plant has a large scale of construction, excellent technology and equipment, advanced and reliable technology and many innovation highlights. At present, the largest coke oven, sintering machine, pellet roaster, blast furnace, converter, slab caster, hot tandem mill and cold tandem mill in China are used in iron and steel plants. It constitutes a high-efficiency and low-cost production and management system, bears the symbol of a modern steel plant, embodies the comprehensive competitiveness of the steel plant, and represents the development direction of China's steel industry. At present, there are 13 blast furnaces over 5000 m3 in the world, and the newly-built 5500 m3 blast furnaces will become 13 and 14, with an average daily output of more than 12000t per furnace. Four Asia's largest 60-hole 7.63-meter super-large coke ovens rank among the top in the world. 500m2 sintering machine, 504m2 belt roaster, 300t hot metal dephosphorization converter, 300t top-bottom combined blowing converter, 300tRH vacuum degassing refining device, 2250mm hot rolling production line, 2230mm cold rolling production line and 75000m3 oxygen generator are all among the best large-scale equipment at home and abroad.
