Research on the practice of consumer vouchers, that is, the impact on the post-epidemic economy and its accuracy
China Youth Network, Bengbu, July 26th (correspondent Li Ting)
From July 5th to 21th, 2121, Under the guidance of instructors Zhou Zejiong and Yang Renjun, the post-epidemic subsidy research team in anhui university of finance studied the impact and accuracy of financial subsidies on post-epidemic economy under the background of big data in Bengbu urban area and its subordinate towns-taking Bengbu municipal government coupons as an example, the team members were Yang Xiaoqing (captain), Su Min, Wang Wei, Zhou Xingjian, Yang Hongyu, Wu Bangyi, Li Ting, Zhang Cui, Gao Liyu, Geng Zhiqiang, Pei Yu, Zangziyu, Feng Rui and Zhi Lina.
The outbreak of the novel coronavirus epidemic in late 2119 brought unprecedented challenges to China's economy. The epidemic severely impacted the domestic economy from both ends of supply and demand. Therefore, the particularity of the second epidemic reduced residents' travel and consumption, and the turnover of many merchants, restaurants and other enterprises dropped significantly. Enterprises are the foundation of employment, and this year is the year to win the victory in building a well-off society and tackling poverty. Under this background, restarting consumption, stimulating economic growth and ensuring employment are the most important things in Zheng Zhong. In this case, many local governments, including Bengbu, began to issue coupons one after another, with the aim of promoting consumption, ensuring enterprises, employment and families and promoting economic recovery through coupons. In order to promote the economic recovery after the epidemic, the national government departments, together with many e-commerce platforms and businesses, issued online coupons for the people of the whole country, which stimulated consumption and led the economic development, but at the same time there were many problems.
At present, with the implementation of the national big data strategy and supporting policies, the development environment of big data industry is constantly optimized, and the demand for big data services in various social and economic fields is further enhanced, making big data technology play an increasingly important role in the field of economic research. At the same time, as one of the important means to promote the stable operation of the macro economy, the types of financial subsidies are increasingly diversified, such as government coupons, which have become an important means for the country to promote economic recovery during the consolidation of epidemic prevention achievements.
as a financial means, government coupons reflect the government's management of the national economy and financial resources, and play a role in stimulating consumption and promoting economic growth at this time node. However, there are many problems in the form of issuance, loopholes in the issuance process and so on. Consumer vouchers have substitution effect, and manufacturers can't adapt to short-term concentrated consumption through production adjustment, which may increase the possibility of stagflation. At the same time, for this kind of coupons, different target groups have different effects, while the coupons issued recently are distributed without difference, which directly affects the market consumption link and fails to achieve the "multiplier effect" we expect; In addition, there are many loopholes in the distribution process of consumer vouchers, and many people or businesses have used loopholes to seek financial benefits.
in this practice, the team will use relevant professional knowledge, based on the policy, flexibility and timeliness of financial subsidies, take government coupons as an example, take big data technology as an analysis method, focus on differential analysis, propose improvement measures, and help financial subsidies to be precise. In this practice, the team members adopted the way of online and offline division of labor and cooperation, and strived to accurately understand the familiarity and views of Bengbu people on the issuance of consumer vouchers.
Online questionnaire
In the production of online questionnaire, the post-epidemic subsidy research team made different questionnaires considering the differences between urban and rural areas, selected some questions from different aspects, and tried their best to understand the facts accurately. In the distribution of questionnaires, we can also study the understanding rate of different age groups by choosing different age groups. Obviously, younger people know more about this matter than middle-aged people, because the distribution method of government coupons in Bengbu is Alipay. Even today, with the rapid development of mobile payment, most middle-aged and elderly people use WeChat to pay, and Alipay users are younger and more. This is also a drawback of the distribution of coupons, which does not correctly face up to the needs of all kinds of people. In the use of coupons, food and beverage coupons account for a large proportion, and the proportion of food and beverage coupons should be expanded in the later period.
Off-line field interviews
In off-line field interviews, residents and merchants in different regions are sought to interview and ask relevant questions. In actual interviews, it is known that residents know more about this policy than merchants. In terms of residents, residents in the city center know more about this policy, while residents near the suburbs don't. In terms of merchants, large shopping malls and supermarkets can generally use coupons for consumption, while small restaurants and shops generally don't support the use of coupons. This is a drawback in the publicity of issuing consumer vouchers. There are news reports and push in Bengbu, a WeChat official account, and there is not much push publicity in other places. As a result, many residents don't understand this policy, and they can't get coupons for consumption. To a certain extent, these drawbacks have led to the rapid development of economic recovery.
In this practice, by means of online questionnaires and offline interviews, we learned the understanding and degree of residents and merchants in different areas about the issuance of government coupons in Bengbu, and also learned the fact that the economy declined, income expectations decreased and consumption was weak due to force majeure during the epidemic. It is very necessary to issue government coupons to promote consumption and expand domestic demand. However, it is also known that many merchants and residents do not understand this policy because of the inadequate publicity methods, and the way of issuing consumer vouchers in rural areas is far from the expected effect. But generally speaking, the issuance of consumer vouchers is a reflection of the local government's concern for economic development and people's livelihood, and has also played a certain role in the economic recovery. This practice is based on the issuance of consumer vouchers to study the role of government policies in helping economic recovery after the overall epidemic situation is controlled.
As far as social practice itself is concerned, social practice, a necessary activity, provides college students living in ivory towers with opportunities to get in touch with the grassroots and understand their life. Going deep into the grassroots and rural areas, we can learn a lot from it that books can't. True knowledge comes from practice, and the simple knowledge gained from books can only be realized through constant practice and personal experience. By experiencing the society, we can increase our knowledge, exercise our talents and cultivate our resilience in practice. More importantly, we can test whether what we have learned can be used by the society and whether our abilities can be recognized by the society. At the same time, through social practice, find out their own shortcomings and gaps. Actively participating in social practice activities can promote our understanding of society, improve our understanding of the current situation of economic and social development, realize a better combination of book knowledge and practical knowledge, and help us establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. Actively participating in social practice, going deep into the masses, understanding the society and increasing talents are the correct way for young students to grow into talents.
