According to the requirements of the industry authorities, fill in the Record Form of Conditions for Resuming Work during the Epidemic Period, and report it to the street office where it is located after being signed by the enterprise legal person. After being verified by the street offices on the spot and reported to the industry authorities for the record, the enterprise can arrange to resume work.
