The concrete construction steps of fine stone concrete ground engineering are as follows (from bottom to top):

1. Tamp the foundation soil first. Note: The floating soil, mortar blocks and other sundries on the surface of the base should be cleaned up.

2. Pave 150 mm thick gravel and pour M5 cement mortar. Sprinkle water on the surface the day before ground construction.

3. Laying 60mm thick C 15 plain concrete cushion. According to the elevation line, the small room shall be plastered with ash cakes around the room, and the large room shall also be reinforced (spacing1.5m); Rooms with floor drains should have a flooding slope of 0.5% around the floor drains.

4. Brush plain cement slurry. It is required to spread it out with a brush. If the surface of the base is shiny, the surface should be roughened before painting.

5. Pave C20 fine stone concrete with a thickness of 40mm, sprinkle 1: 1 cement sand on the surface, and polish it as you hit it.

The strength and mixture ratio of fine stone concrete are generally 1: 2: 3 (volume ratio), and the slump should be no more than 3 cm; And should make a set of test blocks every 500 square meters, less than 500 square meters, also need to make a set of test blocks. After the fine stone concrete is paved, it shall be leveled with a long scraper, vibrated and compacted, and the surface subsidence shall be leveled with fine stone concrete, then scraped with a long scraper and leveled with a wooden trowel (repeat three times).

6. Smooth and polish with a grinder, and it is finished.
