Article 18 A student off-campus custodian institution shall perform the following security obligations:

Article 19 The catering service provided by the student off-campus trust institution shall be operated in accordance with the Food Safety Law, and shall fulfill the following food hygiene management obligations:

(two) to ensure food safety and hygiene, food poisoning is strictly prohibited;
(three) dining environment, tableware and other facilities meet the hygiene requirements, the implementation of separate meals;
(four) the catering should be reasonable, and the nutritional standards should meet the nutritional standards of primary and secondary school students stipulated by the state, and the recipes should be formulated every week and publicized in the dining place;
(five) the establishment of food sample retention system, tableware disinfection system, equipped with special containers and special equipment for food sample retention and disinfection;
(six) shall not produce and sell cold meat and cold dishes and other foods that are likely to cause food safety accidents;

Twenty-first students' off-campus custody institutions shall prevent and avoid violent incidents and protect the students under custody from physical and mental harm.
Twenty-second students' off-campus trust institutions must perform their fire safety duties, abide by fire laws, regulations and relevant provisions, and strengthen fire safety management.
Twenty-third students' off-campus hosting institutions must abide by the relevant provisions of the Wulanchabu School Bus Management Regulations (Trial) and bear the expenses.
Twenty-fourth the fees and standards formulated by the student off-campus custody institution shall be publicized in the obvious position of the service place. A financial management system must be established in accordance with relevant regulations, and catering expenses should be listed separately, so as to be earmarked for special purposes.
