2. Cooperative working capital: After on-site understanding and approval by the service department, go through the account opening formalities in the finance department, and deliver the cooperative working capital when opening an account. In actual production and operation, if one party occupies capital, it shall pay the capital occupation fee, and both parties shall implement two-way calculation. If the cooperation is terminated, the balance of the working capital of the foster family will be fully refunded.
3. Receiving seedlings by franchisees: The service department will arrange the seedling receiving time from the date when the breeder pays the working capital, and the breeder will receive the seedling receiving notice 5- 15 days before the seedling receiving. On the day of seedling collection, the franchisee first goes to the service department to handle the seedling collection procedures, and receives the chicken seedling list, chicken immunization program card and seedling collection register. Then bring your own means of transportation and warm and sun-proof rain gear to the designated incubator to collect the chicks.
4. Franchisees accept materials and technical services. The adopter receives feed and medicine in the form of payment register in the corresponding service department, and does not have to pay cash before the broiler goes on the market.
5. Broiler Purchase Shi Wen Chicken Franchisees will deliver qualified finished broilers to the sales department for unified purchase with the notice of broiler listing from the sales department.

Article 52 The employees of a special collective contract enterprise and the employing unit may conclude special collective contracts such as labor safety and health, protection of the rights and interests of female employees, and wage adjustment mechanism.
Article 53 Trade unions in areas below the county level may sign industrial collective contracts or regional collective contracts with representatives of enterprises in construction, mining, catering and other industries.
Article 54 After a collective contract is concluded, it shall be submitted to the labor administrative department; If the labor administrative department does not raise any objection within fifteen days from the date of receiving the text of the collective contract, the collective contract will take effect.
Collective contracts signed according to law are binding on employers and workers. Industrial and regional collective contracts are binding on local employers and workers in this industry and region.
Article 94 If individual contractors recruit laborers in violation of the provisions of this Law, thus causing damages to laborers, the contractors and individual contractors shall be jointly and severally liable for compensation.
