Ruiyun Tower in Fuqing, Fuzhou was built in the winter of the thirty-fourth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1606) and completed in the autumn of the forty-third year of Wanli (16 15). Ruiyun Tower is made of granite. The tower is 34.6 meters high, and the seven-story octagon is like a wooden pavilion.
Sumitomo is1.75m high and 3m wide. The four-sided owl is embossed with lotus flowers, the lower owl is embossed with clouds and waves, and the waist stone is embossed with unicorn, jade rabbit, deer, unconstrained style, lion playing with beads, sparrow welcoming the spring and other pictures.
There is a north-facing door on the first floor of Ruiyun Tower, guarded by a pair of stone warriors on the left and right. On the front of the gate of the tower, a plaque stands, which reads "Lingxiao Yuzhu". The doors on the second, fourth and sixth floors open symmetrically from east to west, the doors on the third, fifth and seventh floors open symmetrically from north to south, and the long seventh floor has a flat circular skylight facing south. There are two samurai standing on the left and right of the tower door on each floor, and now there are only twelve.

There are stone steps connecting the top in Ruiyun Tower. The ladder turntable is equipped with Buddhist shrines, which are dedicated to three great scholars and Sakyamuni Buddha respectively. The outward corner of each floor is shaped like a begonia by the pillar, and the stigma is arched. Double eaves, embossed tiles under the eaves, and gourd pagoda on the top.
There are Buddhist niches on the walls of the six-sided tower on the second to seventh floors, one meter high; There are reliefs of Lux, monks and arhats on the left and right, and reliefs of "Five Dhyani Buddhas" and "Buddha III" on the forehead. The eaves are dripping, and the cornices are high. Each floor has 48 "General Town Towers" with different expressions. On the eaves, sit flat and provide guardrails for easy climbing and overlooking.
Ruiyun Pagoda * * * has 388 reliefs and sculptures of Bodhisattva, Lux and Buddha of various sizes, with the highest 1.5 meters and the lowest only 0.2 meters.
