For critically ill patients, it is necessary to strictly take the responsibility system of first diagnosis, treat them in time in the buffer area set in advance, and conduct nucleic acid testing on the patients at the same time. It is not allowed to refuse the diagnosis on the grounds that there is no nucleic acid testing result.

For gathering activities such as conference training, cultural performances, sports events, team tours, etc., according to the principle of "who organizes, who is responsible", the organizer will check the participants' negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours while implementing epidemic prevention measures such as temperature measurement and code inspection.
