According to the No.3 unqualified food sampling notice issued by Qinghai Food and Drug Administration in 2117, 235 batches of samples of 13 kinds of food, such as catering food, were recently sampled in Qinghai Province, among which 9 batches of products, such as Shatangju, Wuji and pepper powder seasoning, sold by Beijing Hualian, Xining Wangfujing and Qinghai Xinhua Department Store, were unqualified.

According to the notice, the 9 batches of unqualified products are: Shatang Orange produced by Lanzhou Tiancheng Huiyuan, which is sold by Qinghai No.4 Branch of Beijing Hualian General Supermarket Co., Ltd., and the detection value of profenofos exceeds the standard;

The lead detection value of pepper powder seasoning produced by nominal Xining Fangyuanju Seasoning Food Factory sold by Datong Store of Qinghai Xinhua Department Store Commercial Co., Ltd. exceeded the standard;

The detection values of Chinese sturgeon and enrofloxacin (enrofloxacin+ciprofloxacin) sold by Liangzixin Live Fish Wholesale Store in Chengbei District of Xining City exceeded the standard;

The eggs sold by Dongqing Fresh Eggs Distribution Department in Chengbei District of Xining City were detected with florfenicol, but no detectable substances were found;

The detection value of ochratoxin A in buckwheat noodles sold by Ledu Xinhua Tong Life Supermarket exceeded the standard;

The natural strontium-rich mineral water produced by Qinghai Nanshuoshan Mineral Water Co., Ltd., which is sold by Zhiyu Supermarket in Ledu District, Qinghai, has a bromate detection value exceeding the standard;

The detection value of enrofloxacin (enrofloxacin+ciprofloxacin) in the barracuda sold by Lin Caichun exceeded the standard;

the detection value of enrofloxacin (enrofloxacin+ciprofloxacin) in the black-bone chicken produced by the nominal Zhangping Chengxinyuan Food Co., Ltd. sold by the first branch of Xining Wangfujing Co., Ltd. exceeded the standard;

The number of lactic acid bacteria in Huangtao highland barley yogurt produced by Qinghai Xuefeng Yak Dairy Co., Ltd., which is sold in Li Chuang supermarket, is not up to standard.

according to the circular, the food and drug supervision department of the city (state) where the producers and operators are located has carried out verification and disposal in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Measures for Sampling Inspection of Food Safety, and ordered the illegal producers and operators to take off the shelves, recall the unqualified products, thoroughly investigate the causes of the problems and comprehensively rectify them.

The circular indicates that Qinghai Food and Drug Administration has notified the local food and drug regulatory authorities of the unqualified products as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations.
