The employer who has not filed the labor contract shall handle it according to the following procedures from the date of receiving the Notice of Filing the Labor Contract in August 2008:

1. Go to/Jinan Labor and Social Security Information Network-click Data Download-Labor Payroll Office, click Information about Labor Contract Filing, and then click the download instructions and attached table.

2. Fill in the schedule according to the instructions. For the first time, you only need to fill in the Contract Application Form, the Labor Contract Filing Roster I and the Labor Contract Filing Roster II, and then save them according to the instructions.

3. When submitting the labor contract to the administrative department of labor security for the record, it is necessary to provide a written schedule in duplicate and an electronic version, and bring all or part of the labor contract text and other relevant materials for future reference as required.
