Airport staff will randomly attach a file card with the children's name, age, home address, parents, contact information, destination and other contents, and wear a special small file bag for unaccompanied children. Get on the plane. The delivery staff must take the children to the "special service counter" and give them to the staff. Check the identity of unaccompanied children at the information desk and fill out the transportation form for unaccompanied children. There will be a special person to accompany the small passenger to go through the boarding formalities in exchange for boarding passes, and then lead the small passenger into the isolation area, which will be taken care of by a special person. It should be noted that unaccompanied children cannot use self-service check-in equipment and must go to the counter to check in. At the same time, parents should not leave immediately after completing the relevant procedures, so as to avoid special circumstances (such as children being afraid of boarding the plane). 3. Aviation services. The airline crew will designate a special person to provide weekly service for "unaccompanied children" during the whole flight, and give guidance and help when having meals and going to the toilet. After the flight arrives, the crew will generally hand over the unaccompanied children to the ground personnel and sign for confirmation after all passengers disembark. The ground crew will lead the "unaccompanied children" off the plane and help pick up the checked baggage.
4. Pick up the plane. Before boarding the plane, the guardian should send the "unaccompanied children" to the ticket counter at the airport, and China Southern will contact the pick-up person in advance. After the flight lands, the receiver will show his valid ID at the arrival station, and can take the child away after verification. If the child's parents don't arrive, they will also notify the operator on the ground, contact the child's family, confirm where the child's parents are, and finally ensure that the child is delivered to the parents.
