2. County personnel in high-risk areas: strictly restrict the personnel in counties where high-risk areas are located from entering and returning to Shandong, and conduct 7-day centralized isolation and 7-day home health monitoring for outflow personnel.

3. People in the county where the middle-risk area is located: those who do not have to go back to Shandong unless necessary, will be monitored at home for 7 days after arrival.

4. For those who have not announced the medium and high risk areas but have a cluster epidemic or risk of community transmission: refer to the county where the medium and high risk areas are located.

5. personnel in high-risk posts: personnel in high-risk posts, such as service providers, isolated places, designated hospitals, fever clinics and cold chain-related enterprises, who have direct contact with inbound personnel or goods in airports and ports, should try their best to avoid traveling. Those who really need to travel must have been away from their jobs for more than 14 days and have negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours, and report to the destination community three days in advance, and do not go out or gather after returning home unless necessary.

6. People with recent travel history: Please pay close attention to the information of epidemic cases and asymptomatic infected persons published in the epidemic area and the information of medium and high risk areas. People with epidemic risk should immediately report to the community, hotels and units, and cooperate with the implementation of isolated medical observation.

7. Personnel returning to high-risk posts in other places: strict community filing and investigation, all those who have been away from their jobs for less than 14 days will be centralized isolated until they have been away from their jobs for 14 days, and will be detected as close contacts.

8. For truck drivers and passengers coming from and passing through the local epidemic area, the receiving unit shall report to the local leading group in advance, and make closed-loop connection at the designated cargo yard outside the designated urban area.
