Chizhou Kannonji was founded in the late Qing Dynasty, formerly known as Monk Temple. There are indeed many monks in charge. It was renamed as Kannonji on 1986. This magnificent yellow temple with eaves and walls was rebuilt at a cost of 5 million pounds in recent years.
