Article 11 According to the relevant provisions of the state, the safety expenses extracted by the production and business operation units in high-risk industries shall be stored in special accounts and used exclusively for safety production. Article 11 Coal mines, non-coal mines, construction units and production, operation and storage units of dangerous chemicals, radioactive substances, fireworks and firecrackers shall be equipped with full-time persons in charge of production safety management, set up production safety management institutions or be equipped with full-time production safety management personnel, and the full-time production safety management personnel shall be equipped according to the proportion of not less than 2% of employees.

Thirteenth production and business units must participate in work-related injury insurance according to law, and pay the insurance premium in full for employees in time.
