At present, the US Food and Drug Administration requires each catering service unit to have 1-2 food safety administrators. The examination syllabus is formulated by the State Food and Drug Administration of the United States, and the provinces are responsible for the examination. After passing the training and examination, the food safety administrator certificate will be issued. In the future, catering units without food safety administrators will not be inspected or issued certificates.
