EIA procedures: first apply to the environmental protection department for EIA procedures, and the environmental protection department will determine what level of EIA documents you need to provide according to the project situation and site selection provided by you and the classified management list of environmental impact assessment of construction projects. Among them, the environmental impact report and report form must be compiled by a qualified environmental assessment agency, and the compilation unit will charge a certain fee according to the relevant national standards. The environmental impact registration form can be filled in by the construction unit itself. Finally, report the EIA document to the environmental protection department for approval. The environmental protection department does not charge any fees in the process of EIA.

EIA license processing flow:

1. Fill in the application form

2. Submit relevant information: business license of the enterprise, lease contract, (general plan, floor plan where it is located) (stamped with the filing seal of the planning part)

3. The environmental protection department goes to the site for verification, agrees to the decoration construction, and issues environmental protection approval. (Note: in principle, decoration construction is not allowed without the approval of environmental protection)

4. Decoration construction, completion acceptance and normal business for one month

5. Apply for pollution discharge permit. (lampblack purifier works normally, measures, issues monitoring report and submits relevant application materials)

6. Investigation and acceptance of pollution discharge permit.

7. Issue the pollution discharge permit.
