4. Organize regular food safety self-inspection, evaluate the food safety status, report the food safety work to the main person in charge of the enterprise in time and put forward improvement measures, prevent and correct food safety violations, and organize the implementation of food recall in accordance with regulations.

5. Organize to draw up a food safety accident handling plan, organize to carry out emergency drills, fulfill the obligation of reporting food safety accidents, and take measures to prevent accidents from expanding.
