1. First, determine the number of people to eat per meal and the number of meals per day.
2. According to the recipes and the types of dishes, estimate the total calorie consumption of each meal. You can refer to the factors such as time, temperature and energy consumption required for cooking dishes
3. Divide the total heat consumption per meal by the number of meals per day to get the average heat consumption per meal.
4. divide the average heat consumption per meal by the number of hours in the dining period to get the heat consumption per hour. Canteen refers to a place set up by an institution, school, factory, enterprise or institution to supply meals and catering services. It usually provides places and food for employees, students, faculty and other internal members to eat.
