according to the notice, Wen Biquan's sunscreen product (Wen Biquan's ultra-sensitive 1-motion sunscreen two-piece set) produced by Guangzhou Qiaomei Cosmetics Co., Ltd. was found in both Jiangxi and Tibet with labels that did not identify sunscreen. After re-inspection by Guangdong Institute for Drug Control, the above-mentioned Wen Biquan sunscreen products are still unqualified.

This is the second time that Wen Biquan's sunscreen products have been blacklisted. On March 3, 2117, in the "Notice of the General Administration on the Unqualified 21 Batches of Sunscreen Cosmetics (No.182, 2117)" issued by china food and drug administration, Wen Biquan was judged as an unqualified product because the approval documents and labels were not marked with sunscreen. In addition, sunscreen cosmetics produced by Guangzhou Qiqi Trading Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Lanting Technology Co., Ltd. were also notified.

The notice shows that the above-mentioned related enterprises and products have violated the provisions of the Regulations on Hygienic Supervision of Cosmetics, the Regulations on the Administration of Cosmetic Labeling and other related laws and regulations. The Food and Drug Administration requires all cosmetic enterprises to stop selling the above-mentioned products, promptly recall the products that have been listed for sale, and order the products that are only marked as not meeting the requirements to make corrections within a time limit.
