Article 24 of the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households stipulates that the business license of individual industrial and commercial households (hereinafter referred to as the business license) is divided into an original and a duplicate, which contain information such as the name of individual industrial and commercial households, the name of operators, the form of composition, the place of business, the scope of business, the date and number of registration, the issuing authority and the issuing time, etc. The original and the duplicate have the same legal effect.

Article 25 stipulates that the original business license shall be placed in a prominent position in the business premises of individual industrial and commercial households.

Article 26 stipulates that if the change of registration of individual industrial and commercial households involves matters specified in the business license, the registration authority shall issue a new business license.

Legal objectivity:

Article 7 of the Company Law stipulates that a company established according to law shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company. The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of legal representative and other matters. Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.
