1. If the business is closed within a salary payment period, it shall be deemed that the laborer has provided normal labor and paid the salary according to the labor contract.
2. If the enterprise stops off-line activities for more than one wage payment cycle, and the enterprise arranges laborers to provide normal labor through telephone or network, the enterprise can pay corresponding wages according to the labor it provides, but it shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard. If the enterprise does not arrange workers to work, it shall pay the living expenses not less than 80% of the local minimum wage.
