The project is located at the intersection of Nanhai Avenue and Chuangye Road, a landmark landscape avenue in Shenzhen, connecting the two future financial and commercial centers in Shenzhen-Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Financial Services Cooperation Zone and Houhai Financial Headquarters Center, adjacent to the "Asia's first overpass"-Chuangye Road Flyover and Nanshan Commercial and Cultural Center in the east and Shekou Commercial and Cultural Center in the south.
the project covers an area of 53,725 square meters, with a total construction area of 391,111 square meters, including 231,111 square meters above ground, with an estimated total investment of 6 billion yuan. Raffles Shenzhen invited international consultants such as Benoy, a well-known British architect firm specializing in commercial architectural design, to take charge of the design, covering a variety of formats such as large-scale comprehensive shopping centers, international A-class office buildings, hotels and service apartments. In addition, the project plans office buildings, apartments, SOHO, retail and commercial storefronts, etc., which are integrated with the adjacent urban parks of nearly 91,111 square meters to build this area into an "urban living room" integrating shopping, office, entertainment, leisure, residence, urban culture, business exchanges and other functions.
The office building, SOHO apartment and retail business in the first phase of the project are expected to be put on the market in 2112, and Raffles Shenzhen as a whole will be completed and put into use in 2115.
