First, the agent construction unit shall perform the following main duties in the implementation process of the agent construction project:

(a) shall not seek the bid by colluding in bidding, colluding in bidding and other illegal acts;

Three, the construction unit is responsible for the construction project duration, investment control, project quality, safety in production and other content, and perform the following duties:

(a) according to the approved project proposal, assist in the preparation of the project feasibility study report, and go through the formalities for examination and approval of the project feasibility study report;

(two) to coordinate and organize the preliminary design and budget optimization of the project, and go through the formalities for the preliminary design and budget approval of the project;
