How to handle the food safety certificate?

Procedures for handling food safety certificate:

3. Original ID card; If you collect it for someone else, the person who collects it for you must provide the original ID card; If the chain unit collectively receives it, the unit headquarters shall provide a unified license certificate;

4. If an individual fails to provide the original materials required for registration such as health certificate and graduation certificate before the examination, he/she needs to bring a supplementary certificate for verification.
