All relevant operators should strive to provide consumers with goods and services with reasonable prices, quality and safety, and must not fabricate and spread information about price increases, collude with price increases, or hoard a large number of goods with tight market supply and abnormal price fluctuations.

2. It is not allowed to raise the price substantially for profit when the cost has not changed, and it is not allowed to force tying or charge other fees to raise the price in disguise.

2. Market supervision, development and reform departments at all levels should earnestly strengthen the monitoring, inspection and inspection of epidemic prevention materials and important commodities for people's livelihood, and carry out key inspections on operators who have a strong social reaction and have repeatedly investigated and committed crimes.

3. Those who fail to rectify after being warned, drive up prices, hoard, cheat prices, and fail to clearly mark prices, etc., will be severely dealt with according to law, and the circumstances are serious and the nature is bad.
