First, online registration
1. Open the Shandong Electronic Taxation Bureau in State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC), click "Login" in the upper right corner, select "Natural Person Login" and click "Register".
2. Fill in the registration information, enter the verification code and click "Register".
3. After successful registration, log in to the "natural person login" module. If you have registered before, you don't need to register again. Please log in directly.
Second, the natural person housing tax source declaration
1. Click on the module "I want to pay tax-invoice on behalf of-natural person housing tax source declaration" to enter the declaration interface, and click "Add".
2. Fill in the information such as the nature and location of the house, and click "Save".
Three. Invoice on behalf of others
1. Click the "invoicing-invoicing processing" module for real-name authentication.
2. Fill in the information:
(1) Enter the "Invoice Processing" module, fill in the lessor information, and select "Yes" to lease the property.
(2) For the houses that have completed the declaration of housing tax sources, enter the house number and press Enter to obtain the house data.
(3) Fill in the lease information agreed in the lease contract and pay the amount on behalf of others. (Tips: The system can automatically enjoy tax reduction and exemption. )
3. After completing the form, click "Save Draft-OK-Submit".
4. Select the deduction method and click "Deduct". (Tips: Please choose scan code payment, WeChat tax payment, inter-bank tax payment and Alipay payment methods)
Four. Invoice receipt
After the deduction is successful, the drawer can take the original ID card to the self-service terminal of the tax service hall of the competent tax authority to collect it.
