White oil, also called white oil or liquid paraffin. A colorless, transparent, tasteless and fluorescent liquid oil. The viscosity (50℃) is 7.5 ~18mpa s. The ignition point 130 ~ 185℃ and the viscosity index is 90 ~ 125. Freezing point -3 ~-30℃. The acid value is 0.01~ 0.02 mg KOH/g. The color is 0 ~ 3. Insoluble in water, cold ethanol and glycerol, soluble in carbon disulfide, ether, chloroform, benzene and hot ethanol. Camphor, peppermint oil and musk can be dissolved in white oil.
