Anti-skid construction of ceramic tile floor

1. Preparation: Be familiar with and digest the drawings, and clean the floor.

2. Spring line: pop up the horizontal control line and make it conform to the building elevation.

3. Try to spell: Try to spell according to the pattern, color and texture of the construction drawing, and then number them in two directions, put them neatly according to the coded numbers, and measure the relative position.

4. Brush the cement slurry bonding layer: clean the cushion layer again, sprinkle water for wetting, and spread plain cement slurry with water cement ratio of about 1.5 with the brush.

5. mortar laying: according to the horizontal line, cement mortar for leveling layer (generally, 1: 3 hard cement mortar is used for leveling layer, and the degree of hardness should be squeezed by hand, and the thickness of leveling layer should be 3-4 mm higher than the horizontal line of marble bottom elevation) should be pushed from the inside out, leveled and compacted.

6. Floor tile laying: Generally, the floor tile should be laid from the inside out. Before laying, the board should be soaked in the shade for later use. First, try laying, align the vertical and horizontal joints, knock with a rubber hammer, and lift the marble aside after vibrating the mortar to the laying height, and check whether the upper surface of the mortar is consistent with the plate. If any void is found, it should be filled with mortar. Before formal laying, first, fully pour a layer on the cement mortar leveling layer. Joints between floor tiles should be tight, generally leaving no gaps.

7. Joint wiping: grout and wipe the joint after laying. According to the color of marble, select mineral pigments with the same color and mix them with cement evenly to make 1: 1 dilute cement slurry, slowly pour it into the gap between floor tiles with a pot (several times), feed the flowing cement slurry into the joint with a long scraper for 1-2 times, then dip the original dilute cement slurry with cotton silk balls to wipe the joint, and smooth it with the board. Then the surface layer is covered for protection.
