Decision on Announcing the Cleaning Results of Government Regulations and Normative Documents

In order to fully implement the spirit of the 19th Party Congress, deepen the implementation of integration of defense and civilian technologies's development strategy, promote the legalization of property rights protection, break down the institutional and institutional obstacles that restrict the growth of new kinetic energy and the transformation and upgrading of traditional kinetic energy, ensure the effective implementation of various reform measures, create a high-quality business environment and effectively improve work efficiency, According to the "Notice of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China the State Council General Office of the Central Military Commission on the Clean-up of integration of defense and civilian technologies's Development Regulations" and the "General Office of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China Liaoning Provincial People's Government", the "Implementation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China", The State Council's opinions on improving property rights protection system and protecting property rights according to law, the notice of important measures division of labor scheme (No.89 [2117] of Liaoning Provincial Committee) and the implementation opinions of the general office of Liaoning Provincial People's Government on innovating management, optimizing services, cultivating and expanding new kinetic energy for economic development and accelerating the continuous transformation of old and new kinetic energy (No.114 [2117] of Liaoning Provincial Committee), as well as further implementing the regulations on optimizing business environment in Liaoning Province and other related requirements. After cleaning up, the municipal government decided to abolish two government regulations that were inconsistent with laws, regulations and rules or the provisions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and did not meet the requirements of economic and social development and comprehensive deepening reform, modify some provisions of two government regulations, abolish 22 normative documents, and declare two normative documents invalid.

Article 12 of the Measures for Maternity Insurance for Employees of Urban Enterprises in Benxi City (Amendment) is amended as follows: "Female employees enjoy the following benefits during childbirth:

(1) Maternity medical expenses

If they are born in compliance with the family planning policy, the examination expenses, delivery expenses, operation expenses, hospitalization expenses, medicine expenses and hospitalization expenses incurred during childbirth.

(II) Maternity allowance

Female employees are paid their wages during maternity leave. If my salary is lower than the maternity allowance, I will pay my salary according to the maternity allowance standard. The maternity allowance that female employees should enjoy during maternity leave shall be allocated to the employer by the social insurance agency, and the employer shall then subtract the relevant expenses.

The maternity allowance is calculated and paid according to the average monthly salary of the employees in the employing unit of the previous year.

Female employees who have given birth in accordance with laws and regulations are entitled to a maternity allowance of 1.58 days. For cesarean section, fetal aspiration and forceps delivery, the maternity allowance for 15 days will be increased; In case of multiple births, the maternity allowance will be increased by 1.5 days for each additional baby.

If a female employee miscarries within 3 months of pregnancy (including 3 months), she will enjoy a maternity allowance of 15 days; If the pregnancy is 3 months to 4 months (including 4 months), you will enjoy 31 days of maternity allowance; Abortion from 4 months to 7 months (including 7 months) of pregnancy, enjoy 42 days of maternity allowance; If the pregnancy is terminated for more than 7 months, you will enjoy a maternity allowance of 158 days.
