Binjiang Street belongs to Dongshan Sub-district Office in Nankang District, and was called "Jinji Town" in the early days. Later, due to the needs of urban development, various commercial development activities sprang up in various places. Riverside Street in the town is famous for its commercial prosperity, and has gradually replaced the title of Jinji Town. Binjiang Street is one of the earliest developed places in the local area, which is surrounded by Taikang Road, Dongshan Road and Yingbin Road (section {G 105) into a triangular area. At that time, this area was developed into the Golden Triangle. In the early 1990s, it was rumored that the local government planned to relocate most administrative units to the Golden Triangle, but it failed for various reasons. Since then, Binjiang Street has gradually become an important place for business and life, but due to the limitations of early design and planning, there is no main core goal. Therefore, the whole riverside street is developed in a mixed form of commerce, residence and life. With the construction of such high-end residential quarters, shopping malls and entertainment places around, Binjiang Street has gradually become an embarrassing "village in the city".
