According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the central, provincial and municipal governments and the unified deployment of the whole province, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will organize the implementation of selecting and hiring college graduates to work in the village in 20 12 years. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Selection and Appointment Plan

In 20 12, the city selected 300 college graduates to work in the village, including 50 graduates from national key universities (2 1 1 985) and 230 public graduates. It also absorbed the "College Students' Volunteer Service Plan for the West" selected by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the "College Students' Volunteer Service Plan for Underdeveloped Areas" selected by our province (hereinafter referred to as the "two plans"). The number of people to be selected and publicly selected at each recruitment place is: Yuyao 32, Cixi 9 1 person, Fenghua 39, Ninghai 4 1 person, Xiangshan 24, Jiangbei. Second, the selection method

The selection of college graduates to serve in villages follows the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, and adopts a combination of merit-based selection and open selection. Select the best candidates, and determine the candidates through interviews, physical examinations and inspections; Open recruitment, using written examination, interview, physical examination and inspection to determine the candidates.

Third, the object and conditions of employment

(A) the choice of objects

In principle, the recruitment targets are full-time undergraduate graduates or above from counties (cities) and development zones (including fresh graduates of 20 12 years, excluding graduate students) with local student status or permanent residence (based on the household registration on February 9, 20 12, the same below).

Those who participate in merit-based recruitment must be full-time graduates with bachelor's degree or above from national key universities (2 1 1, 985), provincial-level outstanding graduates with bachelor's degree or above from full-time ordinary universities in Zhejiang Province, outstanding student cadres at department (college) level or above, or graduates with master's degree or above from full-time ordinary universities in China, and students from party member (including party member) and the place of employment are preferred. Students or permanent residents in Haishu District, jiangdong district, Jiangbei District, zhenhai district, Beilun District, Daxie Development Zone, Ningbo National High-tech Zone and Dongqian Lake Tourist Resort who meet the above conditions can apply for positions in other counties (cities) except Yinzhou District across regions.

Participants in the open recruitment must be full-time college graduates with bachelor's degree or above, and the proportion of * * * party member (including party member) should reach more than 80% of the planned number. Students or permanent residents in Haishu District, jiangdong district, Jiangbei District, Beilun District, Daxie Development Zone and Ningbo National High-tech Zone can apply for public positions in Fenghua City, Yinzhou District and Dongqian Lake Tourist Resort.

(2) Employment conditions

Four. Select procedures and schedules.

(1) Online Registration

Candidates register their real personal information on Zhejiang Personnel Examination Network (), and then choose a position to register. Eligible college graduates can fill in both merit-based admission and open selection. 2. Preliminary qualification examination

Each recruitment place conducts preliminary qualification examination for candidates according to the requirements of recruitment positions, and candidates can check the results and reasons of unqualified preliminary examination online. Those who fail in the preliminary qualification examination can change their reports before February 28th 12.

(2) Selection on the basis of merit

1. Publish interview information.

Time: March 7th.

Each recruitment place publishes the list of interviewers, the specific time, place and requirements of qualification review and interview on the local website.

2. Qualification examination

Time: March 10

Each employment place shall conduct on-site qualification examination for the interviewers at the specified time and place. Previous graduates who participate in the qualification review are required to provide ID cards, household registration books, nationally recognized academic qualifications, degree certificates, provincial outstanding graduate certificates, original and photocopy of outstanding student cadres certification materials issued by the school, etc. Fresh graduates need to provide ID cards, household registration books, employment recommendation forms issued by the school, employment agreements for college graduates, originals and photocopies of outstanding student cadres, etc. Two recent one-inch color photos bareheaded and other materials required by various places.

Step 3 interview

Time: March 1 1 9: 00 and the day ends. The interview topics are unified in the whole province, with a full score of 100 and a qualified score of 60. Each recruitment place organizes interviews by itself. According to the interview results, from the high score to the low score, the physical examination and investigation objects are determined according to the number of preferred recruitment plans 1: 1.2 (if the number of applicants is less than 1: 1.2, the physical examination and investigation objects can be determined equally).

4. Physical examination and examination

Time: before March 25th.

Physical examination shall be organized and implemented by each employment place. The physical examination shall be carried out according to the national, provincial and municipal civil service physical examination standards and regulations. Those who fail the physical examination will be eliminated. If the medical examination object does not participate in the medical examination according to the prescribed time and place, it shall be deemed as giving up the medical examination. The results of physical examination are published on the local website by each employment place.

The inspection method shall be formulated by referring to the relevant regulations on the inspection of civil servants in provincial and municipal examinations in the selected places, and those who pass the medical examination shall be inspected. The investigation concluded that it was not suitable for employment.

5. Publicity and employment

Time: before April 5.

Each employment place will publicize the list of persons to be employed for 7 days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if it is verified that there are no problems or problems that will not affect the employment, the personnel to be employed will be determined before April 5, and all the employment procedures will be completed before the end of July. If you are not selected, you can continue to participate in open recruitment for the society.

(3) Open recruitment

Candidates have logged into Zhejiang Personnel Examination Network to print their own admission tickets and take the exams according to the time and place on the admission tickets.

2. written test

Time: 9: 00 am-12: 00 am on April 5, 65438.

The written test is unified by the whole province. Written test subjects 1, including comprehensive knowledge and application, total score 100. According to the actual situation, the qualified scores are uniformly delineated by the whole province. When the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of employment plans does not reach 2: 1, the employment plans will be reduced accordingly. The examination room is located in downtown Ningbo. See the admission ticket for the specific location. Candidates take the written test with the admission ticket and valid ID card.

On April 24th, our city announced the written test results. According to the written test results, each employment place will determine the interviewers according to the number of people in the employment plan from high to low 1:2 (the actual number is insufficient), and publish the list of interviewers, written test results and other information on the local website before April 28, and at the same time announce the time, place and requirements for qualification review and interview.

3. Qualification examination

Time: May 4th.

Each employment place shall conduct on-site qualification examination for the interviewers at the specified time and place. Candidates are required to provide their ID card, household registration book, membership fee certificate or party organization certificate, academic qualifications recognized by the state, degree certificate (full-time college graduates provide employment recommendation form and employment agreement for college graduates issued by the school), and two recent bareheaded one-inch color photos and other originals and photocopies of materials required for applying for positions.

Step 4 interview

Time: It starts at 9: 00 a.m. on May 5th and is completed in one day.

(5) supplementary provisions

Two days before the open recruitment qualification review, it is confirmed in writing that the qualification review will be abandoned. Among those who pass the written test, the written test scores will be replenished from high to low. Substitutes shall participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place, and those who fail to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up. The list of replacement personnel shall be published by the employing units on the local website. Other positions that cause vacancies in the proposed employment plan will not be filled.

If the documents (certificates) provided at the time of qualification review are incomplete or the documents (certificates) provided are inconsistent with the qualifications for entering the examination, they shall not participate in the interview. If the interviewer fails to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place, it will be deemed as giving up the interview.

(five) the city's organizations at all levels and social departments do not hold or entrust any institutions to hold counseling training courses on the selection and appointment of college student village officials. Any remedial classes, counseling websites, publications, Internet cards, etc. The selection and appointment examination of college student village officials held in the name of examination proposition group and specialized training institutions has nothing to do with the human and social departments at all levels in our city and this examination.

(6) After the hired personnel report, the township (street) where they are located signs a labor contract with the hired personnel, with a contract period of 3 years and a probation period of 6 months. 20 12 fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities will go through the employment formalities with their graduation certificates, and those who have not obtained the required academic certificates before July 3 12 will not be employed. Practise fraud or disobey the unified arrangement, or fail to pass the examination during the probation period, the employment qualification shall be cancelled and the labor contract shall be terminated. After the expiration of the employment period, if they pass the examination, they can be renewed at most once, and the employment period shall not exceed 3 years. If the second person is willing to continue working in the village after the expiration of the employment period and the local needs, he can be employed by the village and sign an employment contract, which will no longer be included in the management of university student village officials. During the employment period, the total annual income is generally not less than the average salary of local employees in the previous year (including private units above designated size).
